 Uncompatability with McIntosh i wish to cancel my registation for internet downloads, under the 10 day probation clause. Your system apparently is not compatible with Macintosh, aand I have been unable to operate your program. I would appreciate a full refund of your charges, as there is no possibility of my using a PC. I am sorry as this would have been very acceptable otherwise. I did find your pages very confusing!.  Needed 2.2 - was forced to make do with 2.1 I was under the impression to download a trial version of Ace Media layer 2.2 which was advertised to be able to reformat mov-videos. But the version I was forced to download was 2.1, which cannot deal with mov-videos. It was therefore useless for my purposes, and promptly uninstalled. Thus, cannot say anything about the version Ace Media Player 2.2.
